With the current economic conditions, real estate prices are depressed, and there are many attractive properties on the market. Only time will tell, but this may prove to be a good time for real estate investment.

In exchange, simple lodging is all that I require. I would like to be near a public transit site in a non-smoking and no pet space (I have allergies).
