One-on-one or small group - Professional trainer for affordable way to get in shape... learn some skill - casual morning training at Chuo Park - Shinjuku ..... or more gym formal (less casual since in a gym --- ) - may/or may not be private-- outside can be more "private: with use of public training area for some "body-weight training. Fitness or Fight Prep.. everything between- Lots of Coaching experience: China/USA/Japan - trained in USA long time and pro. MMA fighters... plus 3+ years in Thailand - pro.boxing camp.
Men/Women/young adults (youngsters with parent present..) / Training starts at one hour then more stream line to max 45 minutes including body-weight training ) once skills are taught the time will decrease ..while "output" will increase to more difficult.. Easier to add to life-style since less time is needed for better results -
