Anybody from any country with any job is welcome, as long as you would like to abide by the general rules in Japan.
All common spaces and furniture could be shared, but they should be kept clean.
Home party with lots of people is not allowed.
As a rule of thumb, those guys who are smelly, filthy, dirty, noisy, used to take advantage of others, or staying indoors to play games all day/night long with irregular work/rest/life style are not welcomed.
No extra fee will be charged other than those listed below.
