My wife of 12 years ran off with another man (he dumped her 6 weeks later) and now I have a house full of things I don't need as I prepare to move across the country.
Here is a portable air-conditioning unit that you can set up in any room with a window. It can keep a small room (4-5 jo) quite cool / warmer.
It is a few years old but still works... Comes with all it's attachments and is easy to install.
I don't need it if you want it come get it. I am in Chigasaki so you'll need a car / your own transport.
Great value for 10,000 as we get closer to summer.
