Business Builder texts set - ¥3,000 (Tokyo)

If you teach company classes, groups or solo in person, these texts can be a godsend.
Chapters range from easy to more advanced; meetings, telephoning, presentations, negotiations - photocopiable worksheets - assign as homework or do in the class.
They come from a defunct school I used to run (they are mine; (not stolen!), also include multiple photocopies of units so you can just hand a pack to your student or use individual sheets - don't need to pay for copies or printing, reduces lesson prep & thinking time....
You can collect at Tamachi Fridays 8am, Ichigaya Fridays 6pm or 8pm, or elsewhere other days by arrangement (Shinjuku, Setagaya)
