I am looking for Japanese mothers with a baby or toddler to participate in my art project “Good Wife, Wise Mother”. The project explores the realities of motherhood in Japan through textile art, audio installations, and photo essays.
Participation formats
Interviews and photo sessions (February 2026)
and/or one week of documenting care work (prior to February)
Anonymous participation possible
Exhibition
The collected voices and visual works will be exhibited in Tokyo in late February 2026
