◯ 応募資格 Qualifications
Native Level English
Basic or conversational Japanese
Spouse Visa, long term or Permanent Visa only.
Travel expenses are covered up to 50,000 yen.
Requirements:
• Japanese and English proficiency ( telephone, email, SNS )
• Call center or customer service experience required
• Word and Excel proficiency
• Experience in simple trouble shooting
• Typing skills required
Job description:
Answering phones, emails, and SNS's mainly with foreign clients.
