Our expanding team is looking for a skilled customer service assistant and digital marketing professional.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, a team-player, and ensure a great customer experience. The daily task will include translation work, answering customer inquiries, and other administrative duties as product listing as well as creating content for our SNS platforms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Improve brand loyalty by handling customer service related issues via email and social platforms.
Translation work for different projects within the company ( French to English or English to French)
Create social media content with the team in order to ensure a positive engagement across several social networks.
Ideal Candidate (Experience/Skills) :
Long term Visa Preferable
Native written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Intermediate level of Japanese is a must. (Conversational Fluency)
Experience with Online marketplace customer service would be a plus.
Laidback environment, mixed international and Japanese team.
