We need someone who is as comfortable behind the wheel of a legendary Japanese sports car as they are ensuring every detail of a customer’s experience is perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Navigation: Safely operating and navigating tour routes in various JDM vehicles.
Logistics & Ops: Preparing cars and coordination on tour days to ensure seamless execution.
Customer Relations: Engaging with international clients, providing insight into JDM culture, and ensuring a 5-star experience.
Fleet Care: Washing, detailing, and basic maintenance to keep our fleet in showroom condition.
Problem Solving: Thinking on your feet to handle immediate logistical or mechanical issues as they arise.
Requirements:
Drivers License: A valid Japanese driver’s license is a huge plus.
Language: Ability to speak English is essential (fluent or high-conversational). Japanese proficiency is a strong advantage.
Availability: Must be available for most weekends and weeknights (our peak tour times).
Personality: A great all-around personality—friendly, professional, and reliable.
Passion: Interest in JDM car culture is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow with the company is more important.
