Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and certified Lifeguards to join our team as contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all members and guests using our pool facilities. This position requires vigilance, quick response skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations in a professional manner.
- Provide immediate assistance and emergency care as needed, including CPR and First Aid.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness in and around the pool area.
- Assist in setting up for swim programs and events as required.
- Collaborate with the aquatic team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid lifeguard certification (e.g., American Red Cross, RLSS UK, or equivalent).
- Previous lifeguarding experience preferred.
- Strong observational and quick decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
