• Build and nurture relationships with candidates, staying connected through to the point of hire.
• Conduct phone screening, face-to- face meetings and shortlist candidates providing recommendations to in-house hiring managers and AMs.
• Providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with in-house hiring managers, AMs, and candidates.
• Maintain and build candidate database.
• Proactively achieve and maintain KPI.
• Contribute to upward momentum of the team.
