TAGALOG CUSTOMER SERVICE

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Working hours/days of the week:
10:30 – 19:30 (1hr break, 8hrs actual work)
10:30 – 18:30 (1hr break, 7hrs actual work)

Welfare: With transportation expenses subsidy


Job Responsibilities:
 Telephone support (ordering, inquiries, consultation support)
 Counter support (orders, cash register operations, product delivery, inquiries)
 E-mail correspondence (ordering, inquiries, consultation correspondence)
 Data entry (order, membership registration, change of registration details, etc.)
 Shipment (Logistics) support (outcall support for luggage such as long-term absence, refusal of receipt, moving)
 Return/exchange support and processing (including replacement of defective products)
 Sales support (outcall support when necessary, such as campaigns, end of sales, price changes, etc.)


Qualifications:
• Experience in telephone and customer support
• Experience in responding by e-mail
• Have basic Word Excel skills
• Can respond in English and Tagalog (telephone, email, customer service)
• Can respond flexibly (may ask you to do various other tasks)
• JLPT N2/N1
