We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Tour Guides to join our growing tourism team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in an active environment, and showcasing Japan to international visitors.
Work Schedule
• 3–4 days per week
• 8–10 hours per day (flexible scheduling depending on tour operations)
Key Responsibilities
• Guide customers during tours in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
• Communicate clearly and confidently with guests in English
• Ensure guest safety and provide excellent customer service throughout the tour
• Assist with basic operational tasks related to tours
• Represent the company positively and create memorable experiences for guests
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
• Strong English speaking ability
• Energetic, motivated, and customer-focused personality
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working long hours when required
