We are looking for an energetic, passionate, entrepreneurial, American college student, who is ready to work to collaborate with and inspire our students. We would like to especially work with an open-minded, friendly, mature, and intelligent American female college student, who is looking for a challenge in a new country, and who wants to contribute and make a difference in Japanese children's education. We are especially interested in empowering and raising emotionally intelligent and confident Japanese girls through English language arts learning in-depth and cross-cultural training.
Our founder started English Vitamin, LLC, in Silicon Valley, CA in 2003 to help her peer Japanese expats and their families. Together with many great teachers, we assisted many expats' children whose English levels were at the zero level to assimilate into the local schools, from elementary to high schools. Most of our high school students have graduated from Monta Vista high school in Cupertino, which is one of the most competitive schools in the country.
At our location in Musashi Kosugi, we create a similar environment to that of our Silicon Valley school. We offer tutoring sessions in preparation for the classes that are modeled after American language arts lessons. In this way, we seek to help Japanese students to learn English in an organic way while developing children’s’ critical thinking and creative abilities. We want to change the way Japanese children learn English.
