Responsibilities
Greet children, parents, and visitors warmly
Manage enrollment inquiries and student records
Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling
Coordinate with teaching staff on daily operations
Maintain classroom and office supply inventories
Assist with events, announcements, and parent communications
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Friendly, patient, and professional manner
Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Experience in childcare, education, or office administration is a plus
