Position Overview:
The Preschool Assistant Teacher supports classroom learning, assists with play-based activities, and works closely with the Lead Teacher to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and enjoys a collaborative, multicultural workplace.
Responsibilities:
Support Lead Teacher during lessons, creative play, and activity centers
Assist with classroom management, routines, and student safety
Help prepare materials and maintain a clean, organized environment
Communicate warmly with students, parents, and team members
Participate in seasonal events and school activities
Requirements:
Loves working with preschool-aged children
Positive, responsible, and cooperative
Able to work in a multicultural environment
Conversational English and Japanese(plus)
Experience in early childhood or childcare preferred but not required
