– Contract Type: Independent Outsourcing Contract (Freelance). Your compensation rate is set to include and cover all costs associated with your home office, internet, and utilities, as is standard for independent contractors who are not classified as employees under the Labor Standards Act.

– Provide one-on-one English conversation lessons primarily to Japanese students of all ages.
– Lessons vary from basic to advanced English, utilizing our structured, step-by-step materials (from phonetics to business conversation).
– Minimal preparation time is required with our guides.
– **Work from home independently** and choose your own schedule.
📋 Application Requirements
– *Must currently reside in Japan* and possess a valid working visa.
– Must have a Japanese bank account.
– Fluent English ability (irrespective of nationality) with a neutral accent.
– 12 years of English educational instruction experience (elementary ~ high school).
– Ideal: 6 months or more of online or offline English teaching experience.
– Computer literate (PC skills: navigate platform, submit reports, follow procedures).
– Can provide a *minimum of 40 lessons (25-minute lessons) per month.*
– Home-based stable internet connection and quiet environment; PC running Windows 10/MacOS 10.14 or higher.
