Borderlink, Inc. is now hiring an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) for Miyoshi Town, Saitama Prefecture. This position starts soon, so apply now to secure it before it's gone. 【Position Details】
Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) work alongside Japanese teachers to make English lessons fun and engaging for the students. Practicing grammar and vocabulary, participating in games and activities to reinforce the lesson’s goals and communicating with students both inside and outside of the classroom are all part of a day’s work for ALTs.

⚫ Contract period: September 1st, 2025 to March 26th, 2026
⚫ Contract type: Full-time
⚫ Level: Elementary schools
⚫ General working hours: Between 7:45 am to 17:00 pm (actual working time: 07 hours 45 minutes)
⚫ Salary range: 240,800 yen / month
⚫ Benefits: Social Insurance, Paid holidays (as stipulated by the contract)
 
【Requirements】
ALTs should be motivated, enthusiastic, professional and proactive in communicating with others. Successful applicants must also meet the following criteria:

🔺 Already be living in Japan and hold a valid visa permitting work
🔺 Have native-level English proficiency with natural phonetic fluency and a minimum of 12 years of education where the main language of instruction in all classes was English
🔺Be a university graduate holding a bachelor's degree or higher
🔺 Have conversational Japanese skills equivalant to JLPT N3 level or higher and be comfortable talking with teachers and staff
🔺 Are in good health and able to commit and complete the contract period (until March 2026)
🔺 Highly motivated, outgoing and friendly; able to proactively share ideas and communicate fully with other teachers
🔺 Have at least 1 year of teaching elementary and junior high students in Japan or abroad

[Preferred]
🔺 Hold a teaching certificate such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc
