We are currently looking for two experienced native English teachers for a short-term summer program at a private elementary school.
***Position Overview***
・Location:
Approximately 15 minutes by bus from either Seiseki-Sakuragaoka Station or Takahatafudo Station on the Keio Line
・Teaching Type:
English lessons for elementary school students
・Number of Lessons:
Approximately 3 lessons during July and August
・Available Teaching Dates:
Teachers must be available for 3 of the following dates:
July 23
July 31
August 4
August 18
August 24
・Lesson Time:
Either 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM or 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM (90-minute lessons)
****Requirements****
- Native English speaker
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching group classes of 10–20 students
- Energetic and confident in facilitating interactive English lessons using physical activities and games
- Comfortable teaching elementary school children
・Preferred
- Experience in teaching in English-speaking afterschool program or elementary schools
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certified
****Compensation****
¥10,000 per lesson ＋ Full transportation expenses covered
