This position is perfect for a passionate educator who wants to make an impact on English language education. You will assist Native teachers deliver immersive and engaging lessons and help students build practical confidence in their English language skills. As an important part of our team, you will bring your energy, creativity, and heart to every lesson.

4歳からの⼦どもたちに、インタラクティブで没⼊型の英語レッスンをするネイティブ講師の学習補助
フィールドトリップ、読書クラブ、⽂化プロジェクトを含む実践的な学習活動の引率とサポート
ネイティブ講師とともにAIツールを活⽤した子ども一人ひとりへのアプローチと進捗状況の管理
ネイティブ講師とともに実践的な⾔語使⽤を通じて⽣徒が⾃信を得られる、⽀援的な環境の構築
多⽂化な教育チームと協⼒し、ベストプラクティスを共有し実践
- Instructional Support: Assisting Native Instructors in delivering interactive and immersive English lessons for children aged 4 and up.
- Activity Leadership: Leading and supporting hands-on learning activities, including field trips, reading clubs, and cultural projects.
- Collaborative AI Management: Partnering with Native Instructors to utilize AI tools for personalized student approaches and progress tracking.
- Confidence Building: Working alongside Native Instructors to create a supportive environment where students gain confidence through practical language use.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating within a multicultural educational team to share and implement teaching best practices.
【求める人材】
ネイティブレベルの日本語力 + 日常会話レベルの英語力（CEFR B1以上）
子どもと関わる業務経験または関心のある方（教育、個別指導、保育、チャイルドケア等）
忍耐力があり、明るく、異文化理解力のある方
幼児・児童への英語をはじめとする学習指導に興味・関心がある方
情熱を持って子どもに接することのできる方・情熱を持って子どもに接することのできる方
- Teaching interactive and immersive English lessons to children from age 4
- Leading hands-on learning activities including field trips, book clubs, and cultural projects
- Using AI teaching tools to approach each child and monitor their progress
- Creating a supportive environment where students can gain confidence through practical communication
- Collaborate with multicultural team members to share and implement best practices

塾・英会話教室のご勤務のご経験がある方
Ideal Candidate:
- Language Skills: Native-level Japanese proficiency and conversational English (CEFR B1 or higher).
- Experience & Interest: Prior experience or a strong interest in working with children (e.g., education, tutoring, childcare, or preschool settings).
- Personal Attributes: Patient, energetic, and culturally sensitive with strong intercultural communication skills.
- Educational Passion: A keen interest in early childhood education and language instruction.
- Dedication: A passionate individual who is genuinely committed to nurturing and supporting children’s growth.
