We are currently seeking experienced Construction Engineers and Site Supervisors who are interested in building their careers on large-scale international infrastructure projects across Southeast and South Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Construction management and technical support
✔ Schedule, quality, and safety control
✔ Coordination with government agencies, consultants, JV partners, and local teams
✔ Project progress monitoring and problem-solving

Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of construction/site management experience
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Business-level English/Japanese communication
Preferred:
⭐ Overseas project experience
⭐ ODA project experience
⭐ Professional engineering or construction management certifications
