About the Position
We are looking for Technical Engineers to support the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of geothermal power plants — a key renewable energy resource.
No prior industry experience is required; we will provide full training and on-the-job support.
Main Responsibilities
Assist in geothermal power plant development
(surface facility design support, regulatory applications, residual heat utilization studies)
Support facility planning, progress management, and quality checks for new plant construction
Technical coordination with EPC contractors
Optimize operation of existing geothermal facilities and handle troubleshooting
Investigate root causes of equipment issues and plan necessary repair work
Manage test-run operations prior to plant start-up
Oversee maintenance and improvement projects after operation begins
Responsibilities will be assigned based on your experience and skill level.

Single assignment allowance (¥20,000–¥60,000 per month)

Night Shift
17:00 – 8:00 (next day)
4-team rotation system
Around 15 workdays per month
No overtime during shift-based work
Average Overtime: 15–20 hours/month

Required Qualifications
Basic PC skills (Excel / Word)
Valid driver’s license (AT permitted)
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
Second-class Electrician license or higher
Third-class Electrical Chief Engineer license or higher
Experience in thermal, biomass, or other steam power plants
Experience with utility equipment maintenance in factories
Experience in construction or installation of industrial facilities
Plant design experience
