💼 Job Responsibilities
■Guest service and front-of-house support
■Supporting the planning and operation of live shows
■Managing and mentoring cast and staff
■Inventory and sales management
■Developing and executing strategies to improve store performance

👤 Requirements:
■ 3+ years of experience in hospitality industry
■ Leadership(hospitality or other industries) / management experience is a plus
■ Japanese and English conversational level is required
■Nightlife experience is a plus
💴Salary and Benefits
320,000yen / month ~ (Assistant Manager)
450,000yen / month ~ (Manager)
+Tips, incentives and referral bonuses

⏰ Working Hours:
19:00 〜 Closing time
*Sundays always off
