We are looking for part-time staff who enjoy hospitality and want to learn bar service skills in a welcoming environment.
Position Details
• Must be legally eligible to work in Japan (work visa holders welcome)
• Must reside in Tokyo and be able to commute
• Conversational Japanese required (to interact with guests)
Responsibilities
• Assist bartenders (glass cleaning, floor service, guest support, drink assistance)
• Depending on skills, support in cocktail preparation
Working Conditions
• Hourly wage: ¥1,400+
• Shifts: Around 2 times per week (Sundays preferred)
• Working hours: 19:00–23:00 (approx. 4 hrs, flexible)
• Benefits: Transportation allowance, uniform provided, opportunities for raises
