Only those with experience as a bartender in a cocktail bar and those with a proper visa (as listed below) or Japanese nationality will be considered. We do not sponsor visas and Humanities/Engineering visas are not considered.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a bartender at specifically cocktail bars (2+ years experience)
- English and Japanese Ability
- Living in the Tokyo Area (last train from Shibuya 11:50pm or later)
- Valid Visa For Bar Work (ie. Japanese Nationals, Permanent Residence, Spouse, Long Term Resident)
Working Schedule:
- LOST Opening Hours are Mon-Sunday 3pm - 11pm (Opening schedule changes throughout the year). More is explained during the interview process
- Working hours are subject to discussion, however general contracted hours are 1:15pm - 11:15pm, 5 days a week. No overtime. - -0 - Two days off per week.

LOST is a recently opened cocktail bar in the heart of Shibuya -- right next to the Shibuya crossing. As a bar, our motto is: "great drinks, even better service" and as an employer we strive to not only make our customers satisfied, but provide our employees with a bright and fulfilling workplace.
We are seeking talented, experienced bartenders with at least 2 years of cocktail bartending experience, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for growth in their craft. Compensation:
- Starting from 350,000+ JPY per month depending on experience.
- A 3-month probationary period applies to all employees. (No change to compensation).

- Crafting cocktails and drinks with a passion.
- Interacting with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Collaboration with other bartenders, floor staff, and management to foster a cohesive, open, and ego-free work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including cleanliness around the bar and responsible alcohol service practices.
