Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, creative & bilingual bartender to join our passionate and international team.
We are a newly opened cafe & cocktail lounge called TenCups, which is focused on in-house & client events, community growth and support while operating as a normal cafe/restaurant/lounge.
To be successful as our bartender, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Top-notch candidates will be able to perform well within a fast-paced environment.

Bartender Responsibilities:
・Beverage Creation: Craft a diverse range of cocktails and beverages, ensuring high-quality and consistent presentation.
・Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
・Bar Operations: Support bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining par levels.
・Beverage Presentation: Ensure that drinks are visually appealing and served in the appropriate glassware with proper garnishes.
・Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
・Adhere to Safety Standards: Implement and enforce bar safety protocols, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation guidelines.
・Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing excellent customer service, resolving any customer concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
・Payment Handling: Handle payments, card transactions, processing payments and providing receipts.
・Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including tracking liquor, mixers, and garnishes, and conduct regular stocktakes.
・Bar Maintenance: Regular cleaning and maintenance of the bar area and equipment, and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
・Promotions and Specials: Plan and execute bar promotions, happy hours, and special events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
・Previous experience as a bartender with a strong background in mixology is preferred.
・In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
・Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
・Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
・Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
・Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
・Bartender certification or similar qualifications are a plus.
・Ability to work past last train on Fridays and Saturdays is a MUST.

15:00-24:00 (Weekdays)
20:00~26:00 (Fri/Sat)
This is can be a PT or FT position, but we are looking for a staff who can work Fridays and Saturdays.
Living near/around the Shibuya area is a must as we need staff that can work past last train.
