💼 Job Responsibilities
■Guest service and front-of-house support
■Supporting the planning and operation of live shows
■Managing and mentoring cast and staff
■Inventory and sales management
■Developing and executing strategies to improve store performance
👤 Requirements:
■ 3~ 5+ years of experience in hospitality industry
■ Leadership(hospitality or other industries) / management experience
■ Japanese and English conversational level
■ Nightlife work experience is a plus
💴Salary and Benefits
320,000yen / month ~ (Assistant Manager)
450,000yen / month ~ (Manager)
500,000yen / month ~ (Experienced Manager)
+Tips, incentives and referral bonuses
*salary dependent on experience and skill
*Pay raise available

⏰ Working Hours:
19:00 〜 Closing time
*Sundays always off
*Year-end and New Year holidays
■8-hour shifts + 1-hour break
