Le Foyer Ebisu is opening on November a restaurant in one of the most high-end place of Tokyo, Modern Parisian Bistrot inspiration.
We are currently hiring experienced chefs and kitchen staff to play a key role in our luxurious dinner shows.

Job Responsibilities:
■Kitchen operations — from prep to plating
■Manage purchasing, inventory, and hygiene
■Collaborate on menu development and seasonal course proposals
■Deliver a top-tier dining experience
Requirements:
■1+ years of cooking experience in a restaurant is required
■experience as a chef in upscale restaurants, lounges, or hotels is a plus
■Leadership (hospitality or other industries) or kitchen management experience is a plus
■Able to communicate in English and/or Japanese
■Motivated, Creative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
■Ambitious to improve your skills with premium ingredients and wine
Salary & Benefits
■Salary: From ¥300,000/month ** salary dependent on experience and skill
■probationary period: 1 month / Starting at ¥1,500~2,000/hour

Working Hours: 8-hour shifts + 1-hour break
■Two days off per week
■Paid leave (100% usage rate!)
