Now Hiring Hall Staff at “Oriental Lounge Shinjuku” – A Unique Japanese Social Lounge Culture
We're looking for hall staff at Oriental Lounge Shinjuku, a venue that represents Japan’s unique social lounge culture known as “Aiseki Lounge.”
Our lounge welcomes many international guests, and we're actively seeking bilingual staff who can speak both English and Japanese. Whether you're a non-Japanese resident of Japan (must hold a valid work visa) or a Japanese national currently studying English, we encourage anyone interested in serving international customers to apply!

[Job Description]
You’ll be responsible for general hall duties, with a focus on attending to our international guests.
Tasks include:
Greeting and seating customers
Taking orders
Serving food and drinks
[Work Hours]
Shifts available between 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Work from 3 hours/day, 2–6 days/week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays
[Requirements]
Must be able to attend an interview in Japanese
Must be able to communicate with customers in English
Must hold a visa that allows you to work in Japan (e.g. Working Holiday etc.)
