TenCups is a newly opened café, bar, and lounge in Shibuya that blends community, creativity, and hospitality. We are seeking a Head Chef who is not only highly skilled but also passionate about sharing their creativity and building something lasting.
We welcome candidates from all culinary backgrounds, but experience or passion for Southeast Asian cuisine will be considered a strong plus.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional kitchen experience
Based in Tokyo with a valid working visa (future sponsorship possible)
Bilingual: English/Japanese (fluent, but not necessarily native)
Proven ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Prior Head Chef experience is a strong advantage
Familiarity with SE Asian cuisine is a big plus
Living near Shibuya is a bonus
Responsibilities
Establishing kitchen systems and operations
Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
Designing and executing seasonal and event-based menus
Managing vendor relationships and supply orders
Creating kitchen schedules and ensuring smooth service
Upholding quality, consistency, and creativity in all dishes
Being an active contributor to the TenCups brand and community
