Basic requirements to candidates:
- kitchen experience and culinary degree preferred;
- experience in one of the following cuisines: Italian, Thai, Indonesian, French, but others accepted too.
- ability to work in Japan (spouse visas, residents, working holiday, all welcome).
- ability to manage an international kitchen (conversational Japanese is a big PLUS);
- fluent English.
- very reasonable salaries (starting from 300,000 for AM level, chefs from 400,000);
- social package (health insurance, pension, employment insurance);
- part-time or full-time positions;
- ability to work at one of the 53 locations all around Tokyo.
