**Plate Tokyo is an independently owned wine restaurant and catering service located in Nishiazabu. The restaurant has 30 seats and serves primarily Tokyo-style cuisine, using ingredients sourced locally from Japan. Plate Tokyo is now approaching its 17th anniversary.
Owner Ayano, a single mother who had her child after COVID, has been running the restaurant on her own without staff. Now that her daughter is 5 years old, she is ready to establish a more structured restaurant system and is reopening recruitment for staff.**
basic working conditions:
- monday to saturday
- two days off a week sunday and depends on reservation
- 15:00 till late basically but depends on booking and catering
responsibilities
- Preparing dishes
- Serving wine drinks, waiting tables
- Assisting with catering
desired experience
- Restaurant, kitchen experience is a plus
- Customer-centered
- Can create a fun atmosphere for guests
compensation
- For general staff (inexperienced): ¥1500/h~
by cash ¥1300/h ~(trial 1260/h )
¥250000/ month ~ ask ( days off 6 days a month)
- Kitchen staff: starting at ¥1300/h (trial 1260/h) ~ 3000yen
¥230000/ month ~( days off 6 days a month)
-sou CHEF ¥350000yen / month ~
