You will support companies applying for government subsidies by assisting with administrative tasks.
Many of our team members are female university students or young professionals, creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment.
At the same time, we also welcome students who enjoy working energetically and efficiently—similar to handling a busy shift at Sukiya or other fast-paced part-time jobs in Japan.
Whether you prefer calm, steady work or enjoy a more dynamic pace, we will match your tasks to your style.
📘 Main Responsibilities
Application Support
Reviewing required documents (PDFs, forms, etc.)
Requesting missing materials from clients
Organizing files and data
Entering information into online systems
Joining weekly online meetings
Simple administrative tasks
Post-Approval Support
Joining client meetings online to explain procedures
Preparing and reviewing required documents
Organizing data and completing system entries
General administrative support
No prior experience required — many female students started with zero background.
We provide training, manuals, and supportive senior members.

🕒 Working Hours
Monday–Friday, anytime between 9:00–18:00 (minimum 15 hours/week)
Flexible scheduling around classes, clubs, and exam periods
Work before or after university is totally OK
Casual clothing, camera-off work is common
Great for students who want to earn steadily while developing professional skills
💻 Work Style
Fully remote (you can work from anywhere in Japan)
Simple communication rules to keep teamwork smooth
Just share your weekly schedule in advance — very flexible
💰 Compensation & Benefits
¥1,700/hour
Pay raises available
Trial period: 1–3 months
