Lodge Scole (seasonal ski lodge: winter & summer) and Kura Obihachi (year-round café & bar) are seeking motivated and experienced staff to join our team.

Compensation & Conditions
Salary: ¥8,000–¥12,000/day (depending on experience)
Japanese language skills required (for guest service & internal communication)
Driving license preferred
Valid work visa required
At Lodge Scole: 3 meals and staff accommodation included (shared staff rooms; occasionally staff dine out at their own expense).

Candidate Profile
Able to handle comprehensive kitchen management: cooking, menu planning, inventory, sanitation
Willing to engage in general lodge tasks including cleaning and facility upkeep
Strong team spirit, flexibility, and reliability
Enjoys working with international guests and colleagues
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner (for lodge guests and café customers)
Café & bar service including drinks and light meals
Food cost, supply, and hygiene management
General cleaning and operational support
Supervise and train staff, support shift management
Assist with special events and themed dinners
