There are no parking, but the car can be temporality parked (stopped) in front of an apartment.
I recommend having another person (driver) waiting in the car.

デスク表面に傷があるので写真をご確認ください。
Pick upの調整をする場合はEmailにて候補日をいくつかお送りください。
駐車場はありませんが、車をマンション前に一時的に停止はできますが、荷物を取りに行く間、別の方（運転手）が車に残っていることをお勧めします。
