Paid about 20,000 yen for this. I just checked and they dropped the price quite a lot.
I've dismantled it. So it's ready to go.
It would be easier to take in a car, but I think two people could manage it on a train.
One person to take the two tall sides and maybe the bag with the hardware. And person #2 takes the rest.
Even the longest piece is shorter than any adult. So it is technically manigeable even without the boxing. If you have some bungee cords or rope it could help keep things together.
I also have a handful of spare plastic covered wire hangers if you need them (FREE) and I also have a set of wooden hangers for sale.

I was careful with this. I think most people would find the condition to be very good, but I wrote good, to avert confrontations with very picky people....
