A decorative pot good for containing a nice indoor plant or umbrellas! Originally a pot for making pickles, but the heavy lid is missing. ¥1000
鉢 盆栽鉢 A dark flat rectangular plant pot typically used in Japan for growing a bosai tree. This is a large one with five holes underneath for drainage. ¥1000 (you can find something similar but in plastic on Amazon for ¥1100 plus shipping. This old clay one is in very good condition, and does not wear down in the sun, wind, ice and rain!
The foot in the 3rd photo is about 26.5cm long. The bonsai pot has a much bigger footprint than the glazed pot.
