We are currently looking for an experienced and energetic HIIT / Strength Training Coach to join our coaching team.
About the Role
You’ll lead outdoor group workouts focused on strength, conditioning, functional movement, and overall fitness. More than just coaching a workout, you’ll help create a positive and welcoming environment where people of all backgrounds and fitness levels feel supported and motivated.
Responsibilities
- Lead HIIT and/or strength-based group fitness classes
- Program engaging and safe workouts for mixed-level participants (you have the freedom to program your own class or we can offer support as well!)
- Offer modifications and progressions for different fitness levels and life stages
- Encourage and connect with participants, fostering a supportive community environment
- Support and participate in fitness events, challenges, or special workouts as needed
Requirements
- Certified fitness instructor / personal trainer / educational background in fitness or athletics
- Experience coaching group classes
- Confident leading mixed-level groups
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
- Based in Tokyo or able to commute to the Azabu / Hiroo / Roppongi area (community fee reimbursed)
- Bonus: experience with pre/postnatal clients, athletes, or low impact training
