We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-Time Preschool Administrator to support our growing international early childhood program. 🔸 About the Role
As a Preschool Administrator, you will work closely with the Head Administrator and teaching team to ensure smooth daily operations. You will assist with administrative duties, communication with families, and basic social media posting. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.
🔸 Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Administrator with daily administrative tasks
- Support communication with families, including responding to emails and inquiries
- Manage and prepare school documents, forms, and notices
- Help with scheduling, record keeping, and basic office organization
- Create and post simple updates on the school’s social media platforms (photos, captions, announcements)
- Assist with event preparation and coordination
- Provide general support to teachers and management as needed
🔸 Requirements
- Strong communication skills (English required; Japanese a plus)
- Experience in an international school or preschool environment an advantage, but not required
- Social media familiarity (Instagram preferred)

- Part-Time Position
- Working hours: Between 3 PM - 7 PM
- Work on-site at our preschool campus
