**Job Description:**

As the HR Business Partner for our client, you'll lead recruitment strategy and management, collaborating closely with executive leadership and various departments to devise strategies in line with departmental objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve departmental goals.

- Design and implement recruitment strategies balancing company business needs and individual career aspirations.

- Execute mid-career and new graduate hiring.

**Career Path:**

Alongside enhancing expertise as an HR Business Partner, you'll engage in various tasks, including recruitment planning, talent pools, and new graduate/mid-career hiring.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:**

- 3+ years of HR or recruitment experience in a business setting.

- Proactive problem-solving with strong leadership skills.,

- Excellent communication skills to understand and execute tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in basic PC operations (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

**Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities:**

- 3+ years of sales experience.

- Literacy in data analysis and accuracy.

**Department Overview:**

Client's Recruitment Department supports the company's exponential growth by overseeing market trends, swiftly translating plans into action, and resolving issues based on business metrics. **Compensation:**

- Annual Salary Range: ¥4,524,000 to ¥6,708,000 (Monthly Salary: ¥377,000 to ¥559,000)

- Allowances: Commuting, overtime.

- Promotion: Once a year (possible review after 6 months of joining) - Note: Salary determination based on previous salary and experience by company regulations.
