The key responsibility is to provide support to team by researching and sourcing candidates.
• Researching and finding candidates in line with the open positions.
• Scouting candidates with appropriate jobs and messages.
• Sourcing leads, candidates and interviewing them.
• Calling candidates from external sources and databases.
• Updating candidates in Database
• Regular follow up.
• Meeting set KPI`s.
• Helping Recruitment team.
• Updating Resumes, databases, website, jobs etc.
• Should be bilingual with business Japanese and Business English abilities
• Interested working with foreigners and eager to learn and be independent
• Client or customer facing attitude
• Health insurance, pension and unemployment insurances will be provided
• Salary plus commission.
• Commutation allowance will be provided.
• Training will be provided.
