Glows Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo-based recruitment company supporting Japanese businesses hiring international professionals.
We are currently looking for a part-time Talent Research Assistant to support candidate sourcing and recruitment research projects.
Responsibilities:
• Research potential candidates using LinkedIn and other professional platforms
• Identify profiles that match specific hiring requirements
• Organize candidate information into spreadsheets or databases
• Write short notes summarizing candidate backgrounds
• Assist with recruitment outreach preparation
Requirements:
• Strong English or Chinese communication skills
• Good online research ability
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and internet research tools
• Interest in recruitment, HR, or international business
Previous recruiting experience is not required, but experience with research, recruiting, administration, or online sourcing is a plus.
Work Details:
• Remote work
• Flexible schedule
• Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially
• Part-time / freelance basis
Compensation:
• Hourly pay based on experience
• Additional performance bonuses may be available
