✅ Requirements
(Any one of the following is acceptable)
A valid Japanese driver’s license
Strong skills in sports (e.g., soccer, running)
✨ Preferred Skills (not required)
Ability to communicate in English (bilingual applicants welcome!)
Experience in sports instruction
Experience driving children for school or extracurricular activities
Experience working at after-school programs or childcare facilities
💼 Main Responsibilities
Plan and lead sports activities to develop children’s physical fitness and teamwork.
Provide homework support and supervise playtime to ensure a safe environment.
Drive the school bus and ensure children’s safe transportation.
Assist foreign teachers with English activities using simple English.
Communicate with parents during pick-up and drop-off times.
🕒 Working Hours
14:00–19:30 (no break)
Morning shifts available during long school holidays
Almost no overtime
🎌 Holidays
130 days per year (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Golden Week, and New Year holidays)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage: from ¥1,200
Transportation allowance (up to ¥25,000 per month)
