Sun Construction Co., Ltd. is hiring full-time crew for public works contracted mainly by Yokohama City. Work includes labor management and on-site work, plus heavy equipment and dump-truck operation (for qualified staff).
Sites: primarily Asahi, Seya, Hodogaya, and Midori Wards.
Employment type: Full-time employee (not dispatch/contract)
Reason for hiring: Staff expansion
Trial period: 3 months (same conditions)

Duties
- On-site construction work and labor managemen
- Heavy equipment operation / dump-truck driving (for licensed workers)
- Public works sites (civil engineering) around Yokohama
Schedule
- Variable working hours (annual unit)
- 7:30–17:30 (8 hrs within that band)
- Break: 90 minutes
- Avg. overtime: ~2 hrs/month
- Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year, GW, summer (per company calendar)
- Avg. working days: 21.6 days/month

Compensation
- ¥250,000–¥600,000 / month (monthly salary; based on experience/ability)
- Raises: possible (typical +¥5,000–¥10,000/mo)
- Bonuses: 2×/year, total ~4.0 months (prior results)
Allowances:
- Qualification allowance: ¥0–¥17,250
- Family allowance: ¥0–¥10,000
- Commuting: actuals up to ¥10,000/mo
- Payroll: month-end close, paid 10th of next month

Requirements
