Hello and thank you for reading! We are FarmCaravan, an international company that connects workers with farms all across Japan. Our mission is to support local farms and help preserve the traditions of rural Japan.
📍 This job takes place in Kamifurano, Hokkaido — a beautiful rural area surrounded by mountains, famous for its flower fields in summer and as a gateway to the world-class Furano Ski Resort in winter.
After the harvest, you can continue using the house at the same price (¥30,000 for a private room) while waiting for the first snow in Kamifurano. For the winter season, a sendan (van) is available for daily rental, perfect for exploring Hokkaido or heading to the ski slopes 🚗🎿. We can also provide guidance and information about jobs in Furano and other parts of Hokkaido during the winter.
✨ Now Recruiting! We are looking for enthusiastic people to join the organic harvest in Kamifurano, Hokkaido, from September 1 until October 20.

🌱 Job Description
* Work: Harvesting organic crops 🌱
* Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5–6 days per week (depending on farmer & weather)
* Pay: ¥1,100 per hour
* Accommodation: • Shared room: ¥20,000/month (all included) • Private room: ¥30,000/month (all included)
✅ Requirements
* Must hold a valid work permit for Japan (Working Holiday Visa, Permanent Residency, or Specified Skills Visa in agriculture).
* Must currently be in Japan or provide proof of a flight ticket to Japan.
