We are FarmCaravan, an international company that connects workers with farms all across Japan. Our mission is to support local farms and help preserve the traditions of rural Japan.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic people to join the lettuce harvest and delivery work in Amakusa from December 1st to April 30th.

Job Description:
Those who join FarmCaravan will have a room in a shared house with other FarmCaravan members.
Work: 8 hours per day, ¥1,100 per hour.
6 days a week, depending on the farmer and the weather.
Tasks: harvesting lettuce 🥬 and assisting with deliveries.
Days off: the 1st and 31st of each month are fixed days off; other days off depend on weather conditions.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid work permit for Japan (Working Holiday Visa, Permanent Residency, or Specified Skills Visa in agriculture).
Must currently be in Japan or provide proof of a flight ticket to Japan.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
Benefits:
Shared room: ¥15,000 per month (all included).
Private room: ¥20,000 per month (all included).
Support available in Spanish or English.
No health, labor, or pension insurance deductions, as you will be working for a family-owned farm — only income tax applies.
