We are currently looking for enthusiastic people to join the lettuce harvest and delivery team in Amakusa, from December 1st to April 30th.

Job Description
• FarmCaravan members will stay in a shared house with other team members.
• Work hours: 8 hours per day, ¥1,100/hour.
If you perform well, your wage may increase to ¥1,200/hour after two months (based on recommendation).
• Workdays: 5–6 days per week, depending on the farmer and the weather.
• Tasks: Lettuce harvesting 🥬 and assisting with deliveries.
• Days off: The 1st and 31st of each month are fixed days off; other days off depend on weather and agreements with the farmer.

Requirements
• Must hold a valid work permit in Japan (Working Holiday Visa, Permanent Residency, or Specified Skilled Worker Visa in agriculture).
• Must currently be in Japan or able to present a flight ticket to Japan.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.

• Shared room: ¥15,000/month (all included).
• Private room: ¥20,000/month (all included).
• Support available in Spanish or English.
No deductions for health insurance, labor insurance, or pension — since you’ll be working with a family farm.
Only income tax applies.
