We are a company running a rental space in Harajuku and are looking for a cleaner who lives close to Harajuku (~40 min. away), can generally come for two hours on weekdays either in the morning or afternoon.
Cleaning is only required on days where we have reservations, so the frequency varies depending on the month. Some weeks we might need cleaning every other day, whereas other times it might be once a week. The space itself has two floors and basic cleaning is typically finished in 1-1.5 hours. The extra time is reserved for deep cleaning.
The pay is ¥1,300 per hour plus transportation costs. Since we typically request 2-hour gigs, each cleaning gig would pay ¥2,600. Payment is done via bank transfer at the end of the month.
