Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks and minor repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Apply your knowledge and expertise to solve various issues, such as:

- Electrical outlet maintenance
- Heating system and air conditioning (A/C) troubleshooting
- Water leak detection and repair
- Dishwasher and garbage disposal maintenance
- Sliding door track adjustments
- Toilet repair and unclogging
- Lightbulb replacement
🌐 Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Japanese language skills would be a great advantage.
