Property management company is seeking independent contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for rental apartments and guesthouses in Tokyo.
This is not an employment position. Work is offered on a per-request / per-project basis.

Carpentry / minor construction
Painting / wallpaper
Electrical work (minor only)
Plumbing
Tile / ceramic / concrete repair
General maintenance and repairs
You may accept or decline each job request at your discretion.
📌 Requirements
Must operate as an independent contractor
Must use your own tools
Must manage your own schedule and work methods
Own transportation preferred
Japanese driver’s license preferred
💰 Compensation
Per-job / per-project compensation based on estimate
Rates negotiated per task depending on scope and skill
No guaranteed volume or minimum work
Invoices submitted per completed job
